Σκοπό έχει τη διαχείριση της ηλεκτρονικής αρχειοθέτησης των αποφάσεων της Δημαρχιακής Επιτροπής, όπου με αυτό τον τρόπο δίνεται η δυνατότητα στον χρήστη να αναζητά γρήγορα και άμεσα στοιχεία που αφορούν τις Συνεδριάσεις της Δημαρχιακής Επιτροπής. Η εν λόγω βάση δεδομένων δημιουργήθηκε με την βοήθεια της Microsoft Access.In this thesis certain issues of Municipality of Chania are examined. The aim was to construct a database for the electronic record of the Committee of the Municipality decisions. By this way is given the possibility to the user to seek fast and direct elements that concern the Meetings the Committee of the Municipality.
