2016-03-152016-03-152015-02-09http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12688/4683Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας αποτελεί η παρουσία ση του θεσμού της Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλισης, και πιο συγκεκριμένα γίνεται ανάλυση συμπεριφοράς των πελατών του κλάδου ασφάλισης των μηχανοκίνητων οχημάτων της Ελλάδας και κατά πόσο έχει επηρεαστεί ο κλάδος αυτός με την οικονομική ύφεση που αντιμετωπίζει η χώρα μας. Επιπλέον, διερευνάται η ασφάλιση των οχημάτων από διάφορες ασφαλιστικές εταιρίες, με την βοήθεια ερωτηματολογίου όπου εξάγονται πολλά συμπεράσματα, που σχετίζονται με την κατάσταση της χώρας μας, την συμπεριφορά των ασφαλιζομένων και προτείνονται κάποιες λύσεις αντιμετώπισης.The subject of this thesis is the presence of importance of the institution of Private Insurance, and more specifically analyzes behavior of the insurance industry clients of motor vehicles in Greece and whether it has affected this industry with the economic downturn facing our country. Furthermore, the vehicle insurance is investigated by various insurance companies, with the help of a questionnaire where many conclusions are drawn, related to the situation of our country, the behavior of policyholders and proposes some solutions to address.Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)
