Το θέμα το οποίο πραγματεύεται η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία είναι αυτό της μελέτης της Μεθόδου Παραγόμενης Αξίας (Earned Value Management) σε συνθήκες πραγματικού έργου. Η Μέθοδος Παραγόμενης Αξίας χρησιμοποιείται ευρέως σε κατασκευαστικά έργα αλλά και σε άλλους τομείς παραγωγής. Στην εργασία μελετάται η εφαρμογή της μεθόδου σε πραγματικές συνθήκες και με πραγματικά δεδομένα. Σκοπό της παρούσας εργασίας συνιστά η παρουσίαση ενός ολοκληρωμένου πλαισίου για την ανάλυση των κινδύνων σε ένα τεχνικό έργο υποδοµής. Συγκεκριμένα, το έργο το οποίο διερευνάται είναι αυτό της εφαρμογής του συστήματος τηλεκπαίδευσης στο Δημοτικό, ώστε να ανακύψει η παραγόμενη αξία αυτού του έργου.
The topic of this dissertation is that of the study of the Earned Value Management Method in real project conditions. The Value Generated Method is widely used in construction projects but also in other production sectors. The work studies the application of the method in real conditions and with real data. The purpose of this paper is to present a comprehensive framework for risk analysis in a technical infrastructure project. Specifically, the project that is being investigated is that of the implementation of the e-learning system in the Primary School, in order to raise the value of this project.
