| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία στοχεύει στη διερεύνηση του σύγχρονου προφίλ των σπουδαστών του Τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του ΤΕΙ Κρήτης. Μεθοδολογικά η διπλωματική εργασία βασίζεται στη σύνθεση δευτερογενών στοιχείων, αλλά και σε πρωτογενή στοιχεία που θα προέρχονται από έρευνα σε φοιτητές του Τμήματος. Η έρευνα έγινε με τη χρήση δομημένων ερωτηματολογίων και κατέδειξε ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμα στοιχεία σχετικά με το υπόβαθρο, την επαγγελματική εμπειρία, τη συμμετοχή στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία, τις προσωπικές φιλοδοξίες και άλλα χαρακτηριστικά των σπουδαστών. | el |
