| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με τον σχεδιασμό και την στατική ανάλυση ενός πλαισίου ποδηλάτου ο οποίος έχει κατασκευαστεί από ανακυκλώσιμο αλουμίνιο. Ο σχεδιασμός θα επιτευχθεί με την βοήθεια του προγράμματος AutoCad όσον αφορά την δισδιάστατη σχεδίαση και του προγράμματος Solidworks όσον αφορά την τρισδιάστατη μοντελοποίηση. Η ανάλυση του στατικού μοντέλου θα επιτευχθεί με την βοήθεια του προγράμματος τρισδιαστατης απεικόνισης Inventor. Ο γεωμετρικός σχεδιασμός του σκελετού ποδηλάτου θα έχει ως δομικό υλικό αλουμίνιο 6061 το οποίο θα έχει παραχθεί έπειτα από ανακύκλωση. Μετά τον σχεδιασμό του πλαισίου, το μοντέλο του σκελετού θα υποστεί καταπονήσεις προκειμένου να διαπιστωθούν τυχόν αστοχίες και αδυναμίες κατά την σχεδίαση. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να προάγει την χρήση του ποδηλάτου ως μέσο μεταφοράς και άθλησης, σε ένα κόσμο όπου έχει στραφεί πλέον σε πράσινες μορφές ενέργειας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The goal of this diplomatic essay is the design and the static analysis of a bicycle frame made of recyclable aluminum. The design of the frame will be accomplished with the help of two dimensional program of mechanical design, AutoCAD, and regarding the three dimensional design, the program that we are going to use is Solidworks. The analysis of the static model will be achieved with the help of the three-dimensional Inventor imaging program. The geometric design of the bicycle frame will have an aluminum structure 6061 which will be produced after recycling. After designing the bicycle frame model will be stressed to detect any failures and weaknesses in the designing process. The purpose of this diplomatic essay is to promote the use of bicycle as a means of transport and athleticism, in a world where it is now turning to green forms of energy. . | en |
