| dc.description.abstract | Τα Logistics είναι μια ευρεία έννοια η οποία αφορά όλη την παραγωγική διαδικασία ενός προϊόντος από την δημιουργία μέχρι και την κατανάλωση του. Οι σχέσεις που αναπτύσσονται κατά αυτήν την διαδικασία είναι αυτές οι οποίες χαρακτηρίζουν και διαχωρίζουν ουσιαστικά τις διαδικασίες Logistics που ακολουθεί μια επιχείρηση. Σημαντικό ρόλο στα logistics παίζει και η τεχνολογία η οποία είναι το μέσο βελτιστοποίησης της αποδοτικότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας καθώς και της ελαχιστοποίησης του λειτουργικού κόστους. Τα δίκτυα και τα κανάλια διανομής καθώς και οι επιχειρησιακές σχέσεις που αναπτύσσονται ανάμεσα στις εταιρείες χαρακτηρίζουν την διαφορετικότητα της κάθε επιχείρησης καθώς και την ιδιαιτερότητα της στη χρήση της λειτουργίας των logistics. Τα logistics είναι ένα εργαλείο ελέγχου της λειτουργίας της επιχείρησης με στόχο την μεγαλύτερη κερδοφορία της αλλά και την σωστή οργάνωση της.
