| dc.description.abstract | H παρούσα εργασία κινείται γύρω από τη σφαίρα ενός διαρκούς εξελισσόμενου κλάδου τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια, εκείνο των Logistics και της Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας. Σκοπός της είναι οργανώσει και να διαχειριστεί όλες τις διαδικασίες όπως, (αγορές, προμήθειες, αποθήκευση , διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, μεταφορά και διανομή ,πληροφόρηση) για να φτάσει το σωστό προϊόν στον σωστό τόπο και χρόνο στον τελικό καταναλωτή. Για να το πετύχει αυτό χρησιμοποιεί διάφορα εργαλεία όπως , το Marketing με σκοπό την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, τεχνολογικά συστήματα για τον έλεγχο των παραπάνω διαδικασιών καθώς και τρόπους και τεχνικές μείωσης κόστους (outsourcing, 3PL,JIT). Στη συνέχεια γίνεται λόγος για την Πράσινη εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα (Green Logistics) κομμάτι της σύγχρονης εφοδιαστικής , τις διαδικασίες που περιλαμβάνει και τους λόγους ανάπτυξης της και την εξέλιξη αυτής , την Αντίστροφη εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα (Reverse Logistics. Τέλος παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα που αντλήθηκαν από την μελέτη της παρούσας εργασίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The goal of the present essay is the definition of Logistics field and the management of Supply Chain which both of them are developing over 10 years in Greek market. Initially refers to the role that logistics play in company’s or organization’s operation by managing the flow of resources between the point of origin and the point of consumption. The logistics of physical items usually involves the integration of information flow, purchasing, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing. In order to achieve those, uses the logistic automation within a warehouse or distribution center, any form of outsourcing of logistics, third-party logistics, and principles of marketing and customer services. Furthermore describes one fields of logistics in order to minimize the ecological impact of logistics activates (Green Logistics) and the new field which related to the reuse of products and materials (Reverse Logistics) Finally there is a short conclusion , which briefly refers to the contents of this essay. | en |
