    In the digital era, health organization’s gather millions of volumes of useful data regarding a patient. It is very important to sufficiently hide patient data, while at the same time allowing valid medical research. Since data privacy has become the most paramount concern, mechanisms should be developed which protect private data but allow useful querying nonetheless. ShinyAnonymizer was a package designed for anonymizing health data and had solved the issue. It does this by making various anonymization techniques easily accessible to its end-users. This paper introduces the re-designed version of ShinyAnonymizer that is far more performant. We explain how data analysis and visualization, along with privacy-oriented statistical paradigms, are coupled with data anonymization, hashing, and encryption to offer a wide range of tools for researchers and data analysts to manage data in a secure way.
