| dc.description.abstract | Στην εργασία αυτή, έγινε μια προσπάθεια προσέγγισης μιας πραγματικότητας που είναι ιδιαίτερα επίκαιρη: Το δικαίωμα των εργαζομένων στην απεργία. Ξεκινώντας από την ιστορική αναδρομή των γεγονότων της 1ης Μαΐου το 1886, προχωράμε στην ιστορία της θεσμοθέτησης του οκταώρου και κατόπιν στην εργατική πρωτομαγιά στην Ελλάδα το 1893. Μετά την αναφορά στην συνδικαλιστική ελευθερία και την τριτενέργεια, συναντάμε το δικαίωμα τον εργαζομένων στον δημόσιο τομέα. Διακρίνουμε τα είδη και τις μορφές της απεργίας καθώς τους περιορισμούς και τις οριοθετήσεις του δικαιώματος. Ολοκληρώνεται το θέμα με τις συνέπειες της απεργίας και την αναφορά στην ανταπεργία. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is an attempt to approach the right to strike of workers in the private and the public sector. Starting from the historical background to the events of 1 may 1886, we move in the history of 8 working hours and labour day in Greece in 1893. Distinguish types of strike, its forms and limits of the right. We continue with the analysis with the trade union freedom, the general restriction on the exercise of the right and the abusive exercise of the right of strike.The issue ends with the consequences of the strike and lockout of the petition. | en |
