| dc.description.abstract | Τα άτομα με αναπηρίες αποτελούν μια ειδική κατηγορία πληθυσμού η οποία περισσότερο από κάθε άλλη βρίσκεται σε άμεση εξάρτηση από το στενό οικογενειακό περιβάλλον για την ενσωμάτωσή τους στο κοινωνικό σύνολο. Τα άτομα αυτά λόγω των διαφορών τους από τον τυπικό πληθυσμό, έχουν κατά καιρούς λάβει διάφορες ονομασίες όπως μη φυσιολογικά, άτομα με ειδικά προβλήματα, προβληματικά κ.α.. Παρ’ όλα αυτά πρέπει να αναφέρουμε ότι η ανομοιογένεια και η μοναδικότητα του καθενός είναι καθορισμένη από τη φύση και για το λόγο αυτό το κάθε άτομο θεωρείται ότι είναι ένα άτομο ξεχωριστό, μοναδικό και ειδικό. Η διαφοροποίηση λοιπόν των ατόμων με αναπηρίες, από τον υπόλοιπο πληθυσμό, οφείλεται στον περιορισμό μιας λειτουργίας ή μιας ικανότητας και όχι στην προσωπικότητά του. Παράλληλα, τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια γίνεται ιδιαίτερα δημοφιλής η έννοια της εταιρική κοινωνικής ευθύνης. Ως εταιρική ευθύνη νοείται η οικιοθελής δέσμευση των επιχειρήσεων για ένταξη στις επιχειρηματικές τους πρακτικές κοινωνικών και περιβαλλοντικών δράσεων, που είναι πέρα από όσα επιβάλλονται από τη νομοθεσία και έχουν σχέση με όλους όσοι άμεσα ή έμμεσα επηρεάζονται από τις δραστηριότητες τους. Η ανάπτυξη μιας πολιτικής Ε.Κ.Ε., η οποία θα είναι προσοδοφόρα και για τις ίδιες τις επιχειρήσεις ενώ παράλληλα θα βελτιώσει τις εργασιακές πιθανότητες ή συνθήκες των ΑμεΑ, αποτελεί ουσιαστικά τον στόχο της παρούσας εργασίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | People with disabilities are a special category of population which, more than any other, is directly dependent on the close family environment for integration into the community. These people, due to their differences from the typical population, have occasionally received various names such as abnormal, people with special problems, problems, etc. However, we have to mention that the heterogeneity and uniqueness of each is defined by nature and for this reason each person is considered to be a separate person, unique and special. Thus, the differentiation of people with disabilities from the rest of the population is due to the restriction of an operation or an ability rather than to its personality. At the same time, the concept of corporate social responsibility has become particularly popular over the past 10 years. Corporate Responsibility means the voluntary commitment of enterprises to integrate into their business practices of social and environmental actions that are beyond what is required by law and are relevant to all those directly or indirectly affected by their activities. Developing a CSR policy, which will be lucrative for businesses themselves, while at the same time improving the working possibilities or conditions of people with disabilities, is essentially the aim of this work. | en |
