Σκοπός της πτυχιακής είναι να εφαρμοστεί ένα αερόθερμο που θα αυξήσει την απόδοση του τζακιού. Υπάρχουν είδη στο εμπόριο, όμως επιθυμούμε να μελετήσουμε την ροή θερμότητας του αερόθερμου για να καταφέρουμε να πάρουμε όσο δυνατόν μεγαλύτερη απόδοση.
This project reports on the study design, heat transfer and fluid dynamics for an air heater for a fireplace to increase its efficiency. These were carried out in the Cad software of Solid works. The fire was simulated and using CFD software of Solid works calculations were made concerning the temperature, speed and pressure of the air in the air heater. Afterwards, the construction took place and an experiment was conducted to verify the data from the simulation.
