| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη ασχολήθηκε με το ζήτημα της ηλεκτρονικής τραπεζικής και ολοκληρώθηκε μέσα από πέντε κεφάλαια, όπου πιο αναλυτικά στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο έγινε αναφορά στην έννοια της διαδικτυακής τράπεζας κάνοντας ιστορική αναδρομή στο πέρασμα των χρόνων. Βαρύτητα δόθηκε στους παράγοντες ανάπτυξης της ηλεκτρονικής τραπεζικής στην Ελλάδα και τι ισχύει στη σημερινή εποχή. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο εστίασε στα είδη και τις υπηρεσίες της ηλεκτρονικής τραπεζικής κάνοντας αναφορά στις τραπεζικές υπηρεσίες μέσω τηλεφώνου, τραπεζικών και άλλων υπηρεσιών. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο ανέπτυξε τη ψηφιακή οικονομία και τα οφέλη από τη χρήση του e-banking αναφορικά με τη τράπεζα και τους πελάτες αντίστοιχα. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο στη συνέχεια, ανέπτυξε το ζήτημα της ασφάλειας αναφορικά με τις συναλλαγές, τα συστήματα κρυπτογράφησης και τους κινδύνους που προκύπτουν για τους χρήστες μέσα από τη χρήση που κάνουν στις υπηρεσίες της ηλεκτρονικής τραπεζικής. Το πέμπτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο αναφέρθηκε στις προοπτικές προώθησης του e-banking καθώς και στις προοπτικές που υπάρχουν στη χώρα μας. Αναφορά έγινε στην αποτελεσματική και ποιοτική διαδικτυακή εξυπηρέτηση. Τέλος, η εργασία ολοκληρώθηκε με τον επίλογο. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study dealt with the issue of electronic banking and was completed through five chapters, in which more detail in the first chapter was the reference to the concept of the internet bank making a historical retrospective over the years. Gravity was given to the growth factors of e-banking in Greece and what is currently the case. The second chapter focused on the types and services of electronic banking by referring to banking services by telephone, banking and other services. The third chapter developed the digital economy and the benefits of using e-banking with regard to the bank and customers respectively. The fourth chapter then developed the issue of security with regard to transactions, encryption systems and the dangers that arise for users through their use of electronic banking services. The fifth and final chapter mentioned the prospects of promoting e-banking as well as the prospects in our country. Reference was made to efficient and quality online service. Finally, the work was completed with the epilogue. | en |
