| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας αποτέλεσεη αποτύπωση του προφίλ των σπουδαστών το τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του ΤΕΙ Κρήτης για το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2011-2012. Η παρούσα εργασία στηρίχθηκε τόσο σε δευτερογενή όσο και σε πρωτογενή έρευνα. Η δευτερογενής έρευνα περιλαμβάνει στοιχεία για τα τεχνολογικά Εκπαιδευτικά Ιδρύματα και για το τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του ΤΕΙ Κρήτης , ενω η πρωτογενής έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω δημοσκόπησης με δομημένα ερωτηματολόγια σε 200 ενεργούς σπουδαστές καθώς και μέσω της μεθόδου των ομάδων εστίασης. Τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν απο την έρευνα καταδεικνύουν οτι, σε γενικές γραμμές οι φοιτητές εμφανίζονται ικανοποιημένοι απο την επιλογή της συγκεκριμένης σχολής και απο τη φοίτηση τους σε αυτήν. Η οικονομική κρίση τους έχει επηρεάσει τόσο για την επιθυμία πραγματοποίησης ενος μεταπτυχιακού όσο και για μελλοντικά τους επαγγελματικά σχέδια. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the current thesis is to research the profile of the students of the Business Administration Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, for the academic year 2011-2012. This work is supported both in the secondary, and primary research. Secondary research includes data for the Technological Educational Institutions and the Department of Business Administration, TEI of Heraklion .The primary research was conducted through a structured questionnaire survey in 200 active students and through the method of focus groups. The conclusions of the survey show that, in general, students appear satisfied with the choice of specific department and their education. The economic crisis has affected their desire for a graduate education and for their future professional plans. | en |
