| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται την παρουσίαση των εθνικών λογαριασμών σύμφωνα με το Ευρωπαϊκό Σύστημα Εθνικών και Περιφερειακών Λογαριασμών (ΕΣΛ 95), τους οποίους έχουν την υποχρέωση να χρησιμοποιούν και να αποτυπώνουν την οικονομικής τους δραστηριότητας τα κράτη μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Κύριος στόχος της είναι - αφού γίνουν κατανοητές οι έννοιες και ο τρόπος λειτουργίας του Ευρωπαϊκό Σύστημα Εθνικών και Περιφερειακών Λογαριασμών - να εστιάσει στον ορισμό και στον υπολογισμό του δημόσιου χρέους και του δημόσιου ελλείμματος σε μια χώρα με την χρήση αυτών. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται η καταγραφή των δύο αυτών οικονομικών μεγεθών (δημόσιο χρέος και δημόσιο έλλειμμα) τόσο για τα κράτη – μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, όσο και –ιδιαίτερα- για την χώρα μας κατά την περίοδο 2009-2012. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This Dissertation investigates the National Accounts according to the European System Accounts (ESA 1995), that the countries of the European Union have the obligation to use and record their economic events. The main target of this Dissertation – after the presentation of the way that the European System Accounts works - is to focus to the definition and the calculation of Public Debt and Public Deficit of a country, using the National Accounts of the ESA 1995. Finally, it is presented the records of these two economic parameters (Public Debt and Public Deficit) for the European Union Countries as well as for Greece, specific, for the period 2009-2012. | en |
