dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται την συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη και την ηγεσία στο χώρο εργασίας. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας γίνεται μία εισαγωγή του θέματος, δίνεται η έννοια της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης, δίνονται ιδέες πως μπορεί να βελτιωθεί η συμπεριφορά του ατόμου σε σχέση με της συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη. Εμφανίζονται μοντέλα υπολογισμού της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης. Γίνεται επιπλέον και μία σύγκριση ανάμεσα συναισθηματικής και γνωστικής νοημοσύνης. Τέλος, σε αυτό το κεφάλαιο βλέπουμε πως αντιλαμβανόμαστε την νοημοσύνη σε σχέση με τις εκφράσεις του προσώπου και τις κινήσεις του σώματος. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο βλέπουμε την δημιουργία σχέσεων με βάση την συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη, την επιτυχία στον εργασιακό χώρο με βάση την συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη. Βλέπουμε ακόμα την συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη στο πλαίσιο του ατόμου και στο πλαίσιο του οργανισμού. Τέλος, σε αυτό το κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη και η ηγεσία στον χώρο εργασίας. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο έχουμε την έρευνα της εργασίας, την ανάλυση του εργαλείου που χρησιμοποιήθηκε και στο τέλος τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας, όπου η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε στην πόλη των Χανίων Κρήτης.el
dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses the emotional intelligence and leadership in the workplace. In the first chapter is an introduction to the subject, the concept of emotional intelligence is given, given ideas that can improve the behavior of the individual in relation to the emotional intelligence. Showing calculation models of emotional intelligence. It is additionally a comparison between emotional and cognitive intelligence. Finally, in this chapter we see that we understand intelligence in connection with facial expressions and body movements. In the second chapter we see the creation of relationships based on emotional intelligence, success in the workplace based on emotional intelligence. yet we see emotional intelligence within the individual and within the organization. Finally, this chapter analyzes the emotional intelligence and leadership in the workplace. In the third chapter we work research, analysis tool used and at the end the results of research, where the research took place in the city of Chania, Crete.en
