| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η γενική διερεύνηση των τοπικών προϊόντων, όσον αφορά τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας τους, την ανάδειξη των ιδιαίτερων γνωρισμάτων των τόπων στους οποίους παράγονται, τις ορθές πρακτικές που χρησιμοποιούνται στον αγροτικό χώρο και την ανάπτυξη των αγροτικών περιοχών σε μια αειφόρο προοπτική. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η σχέση ανάμεσα στο προϊόν και την εδαφική περιοχή,την ιστορία, τις παραδόσεις και την κουλτούρα της κάθε εδαφικής περιοχής με τα οποία συνδέεται το εκάστοτε προϊόν,τις αξίες και την αξιοποίηση των τοπικών αγροδιατροφικών προϊόντων. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται λόγος για τις Προστατευόμενες Ονομασίες Προέλευσης και το σημαντικό ρόλο που παίζει στην αναγνώριση και την πιστοποίηση μια συγκεκριμένης αγροτικής περιοχής ως προς τα προϊόντα που παράγει και πωλεί. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζει τις γεωγραφικές ενδείξεις και δυναμικές εδαφικής ανάπτυξης στην Ελλάδα και τη δυσκολία, ώστε να αναδυθεί η συλλογική δράση Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρατίθενται στοιχεία για τον αγροτικό τουρισμό και κατά πόσο συμβάλει στην ανάδειξη των τοπικών προϊόντων κάθε τόπου, αλλά και στην ανάδειξη του τόπου και της τοπικής κοινωνίας. Το πέμπτο κεφάλαιο πραγματεύεται τα ιδιαιτέρως σημαντικά οικονομικά στοιχεία που αφορούν την αγροτική οικονομία στον ελλαδικό χώρο και κατά πόσο συνεισφέρει ο συγκεκριμένος κλάδος, αλλά και να ‘εκτινάξει’ ακόμη περισσότερο στο μέλλον τα οικονομικά μεγέθη αυτού του τόπου. Τέλος, στο έκτος κεφάλαιο γίνεται λόγος για το φαινόμενο της «άλλης γεωργίας», μιας πρακτικής που συνεισφέρει σημαντικά στην ανάδειξη των τοπικών προϊόντων και των εδαφικών περιοχών, καθώς και στην αειφόρο ανάπτυξη, με τη χρήση μικρών κεφαλαίων. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this dissertation is the general investigation of local products in terms of ensuring their quality, highlighting the specific features of the sites where they are produced, good practices used in rural areas and the development of rural areas in a sustainable perspective. The first chapter analyzes the relationship between the product and the territory, the history, the traditions and the culture of each territorial area to which the product, the values and the utilization of the local agri-food products are linked. The second chapter speaks of Protected Designations of Origin and the important role it plays in recognizing and certifying a particular rural area with regard to the produce it produces and sells. The third chapter presents the geographical indications and dynamics of territorial development in Greece and the difficulty to emerge from the collective action. In the fourth chapter, there are data on rural tourism and how it contributes to the emergence of the local products of each place, but also to the emergence of the place and the local society. The fifth chapter deals with the particularly important economic data concerning the agricultural economy in Greece and the contribution of this sector, but also the "economic" aspects of this area. Finally, the sixth chapter refers to the phenomenon of "other agriculture", a practice that contributes significantly to the emergence of local products and territories, as well as to sustainable development through the use of small funds. | en |
