| dc.description.abstract | Κύριος σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι να περιγράψει την τελευταία γενιά των συστημάτων Local Multipoint Distribution. Αρχικά γίνεται μια περιγραφή των απαιτήσεων και των χαρακτηριστικών σχεδιασμού του συστήματος, και ακολουθεί η ανάλυση της αρχιτεκτονικής του. Περαιτέρω αναλύονται τα χαρακτηριστικά συχνοτήτων, την δομή και τις στρατηγικές επαναχρησιμοποίησης συχνοτήτων για αποτελεσματικότερη παροχή υπηρεσιών. Τέλος υπάρχει μια περιγραφή των κύριων στοιχείων των σταθμών βάσεως περιλαμβάνεται, τονίζοντας τα βασικά σημεία των πρωτοκόλλων LISSY, DAVIC και C-TDMA για την μέση πρόσβαση του χρήστη στο διαδίκτυο. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this thesis, is to describe the latest generation Local Multipoint Distribution Systems. A report on the requirements and the design objectives of this system has been done and an analysis of its architecture follows. Furthermore, we describe the frequency plans, the cellular structure and the frequency reuse strategies for an efficient quality of broadband services whereas we present modulation and coding schemes for the uplink and downlink channels. Finally, an outline of the main components of the base stations and users has been done and we recall the important points concerning the three main protocols of LISSY, DAVIC and C-TDMA for the medium access (MAC) of the user in the network. | en |
