Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η αυτοματοποίηση του μονοχρωμάτορα. Ο μονοχρωμάτορας είναι μια συσκευή στην οποία με μηχανικό τρόπο καθορίζεται ποια περιοχή φάσματος ακτινοβολίας θα περάσει από την είσοδο στην έξοδο. Εμείς θέλουμε δίνοντας τις κατάλληλες εντολές σε ένα πρόγραμμα να παίρνουμε το φάσμα μιας οπτικής πηγής καθώς και τη χαρακτηριστική εκπομπής ακτινοβολίας μιας LED.
In this thesis is reported the design and the construction of an electronic circuit that controls the operation of a monochromator. The constructed electronic circuit allows the monochromator users to (a) select the scanning range (400 - 900 nm) of the monochromator, (b) to record and depict the spectrum within the set scanning range. The different options that are provided to the user by the constructed circuit can be set and arranged through a friendly user software that was developed by the authors of this thesis.
