Σύσταση και τήρηση βιβλίων Γ' Κατηγορίας Ο.Ε. σε μηχανογραφημένο περιβάλλον για μια χρήση.

| dc.description.abstract | Όπως αναφέρεται και στον τίτλο της πτυχιακής μου εργασίας, το θέμα της εργασίας είναι η σύσταση μιας ομόρρυθμης εταιρίας και η τήρηση βιβλίων Γ κατηγορίας σε μηχανογραφημένο περιβάλλον για μια χρήση. Έτσι για την σωστή ανάπτυξη του θέματος θεώρησα σωστό να αναφέρω τα χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα καθώς και πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα που συναντάμε σε μια ΟΕ εταιρία που την καθιστούν διαφορετική από τις άλλες εταιρικές μορφές επιχειρήσεων. Εν συνεχεία περιγράφω βήμα προς βήμα τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες καθώς και τα έγγραφα που πρέπει να προσκομισθούν στις εκάστοτε υπηρεσίες έτσι ώστε να γίνει η έναρξη μιας ΟΕ. Παράλληλα μέσα από ένα παράδειγμα έναρξης και τήρησης βιβλίων μιας Ο.Ε γίνεται η απαραίτητη περιγραφή κάθε έντυπου που χρησιμοποιείτε είτε για την έναρξη είτε για την τήρηση των βιβλίων καθώς και η συμπλήρωση του. Για την καλύτερη εξομοίωση του παραδείγματος στις απαιτήσεις μιας πραγματικής επιχείρησης θεώρησα σωστό να αναφερθώ στην διαδικασία πρόσληψης εργατικού δυναμικού καθώς και των εγγραφών μισθοδοσίας του. Τέλος για την ολοκλήρωση γίνεται ο υπολογισμός και συμπλήρωση των οικονομικών καταστάσεων καθώς και η δήλωση φορολογίας εισοδήματος. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | As mentioned in the title of my thesis work, the theme of this work is the creation of a general partnership company and bookkeeping class C in a computerized environment for a financial year. So for the proper development of the subject seen fit to mention the features and some advantages and disadvantages encountered in an general partnership company that make it different from other forms of corporate business. Then i describe step by step the necessary actions and documents that must be submitted to the respective services in order to become the beginning of an general partnership company. At the same time through an example of I refer the essential description of each form used for the creation of a general partnership or bookkeeping and the completion of them. To better emulate the demands of a real business thought proper to refer in my sample the process of recruiting workforce and the accounting payroll records. To complete my thesis work I do the calculations and completion of financial statements and income tax return. | en |
