| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία επιχειρείται η χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση του κλάδου της βιομηχανίας χημικών στο νομό αττικής. Αρχικά πραγματοποιήθηκε ο διαχωρισμός του κλάδου σε υποκατηγορίες με στόχο την καλύτερη και πληρέστερη χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση του. Τα κριτήρια με τα οποία έγινε ο διαχωρισμός είναι, ως προς το σύνολο του, ως προς τον αριθμό των απασχολούμενων εργαζομένων και ως προς το πεδίο δραστηριοποίησης των επιχειρήσεων. Αφού γίνει η απαραίτητη αυτή διαδικασία στη συνέχεια συγκροτούνται πίνακες με σκοπό την εξέταση της κερδοφορίας τους, των λογιστικών τους καταστάσεων καθώς και την χρήση αριθμοδεικτών που θα βοηθήσουν στην χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση. Η συλλογή των οικονομικών στοιχείων έγινε με βάση δημοσιευμένους ισολογισμούς και με την χρήση του Ελληνικού Γενικού Λογιστικού Σχεδίου. Τέλος, θα πρέπει να αναφέρουμε ότι για την εξαγωγή των αριθμοδεικτών χρησιμοποιήθηκε η μέθοδος της τυπικής απόκλισης, διότι ορισμένες επιχειρήσεις παρουσιάζουν σε κάποια από τα εξεταζόμενα έτη ακραίες τιμές εμποδίζοντας την ασφαλή χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis is attempted the financial analysis in Chemical Industry in Attica. Initially was realized the segregation of branch in subclasses aiming at his better and more complete financial analysis. The criteria with which it became the segregation is firstly the total of the branch, secondly the number of employees and finally the field of activation of enterprises. After this essential process, then are formed tables in order to examine the profitability of these industries, the accountant situations as well as the use of ratios that they will help in the financial analysis. The collection of economic elements is based to the published balance-sheets and to the use of Greek General Accountant Drawing. Finally, it’s useful to refer that for the export of ratios, we used the method of formal divergence, because some industries present extreme prices in some of the examined years thus preventing the sure financial analysis. | en |
