| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή πραγματεύεται την έννοια της στρατηγικής διοικητικής λογιστικής. Η εργασία αποτελείται από τρία κεφάλαια προκειμένου να αναλυθεί διεξοδικά η έννοια. Πιο συγκεκριμένα στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται η έννοια της στρατηγικής σε επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον, οι σκοποί της και η χρησιμότητα της, αναλύεται το μοντέλο του επιχειρηματικού management και δίνεται η ιεράρχηση της στρατηγικής σε μία επιχείρηση. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο ορίζεται η έννοια της διοικητικής λογιστικής και αναλύονται οι διαστάσεις σε περιβάλλον εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού management. Τέλος στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται διεξοδικά η έννοια της στρατηγικής διοικητικής λογιστικής, οι διαστάσεις της, οι δομές της και οι τεχνικές που συνηθίζεται να χρησιμοποιούνται για την κερδοφορία μιας επιχείρησης. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with the concept of management accounting strategy. The work consists of three chapters in order to thoroughly analyze the concept. In particular the first section describes the concept of strategy in business environment, its aims and usefulness of the analyzed model of business management and is given the hierarchy of the strategy in an enterprise. The second chapter defines the concept of management accounting and analysis of the dimensions in an environment of internal and external management. Finally the third chapter thoroughly analyzes the concept of management accounting strategy, the dimensions of the structures and techniques tend to be used for the profitability of a business. | en |
