| dc.description.abstract | Τα ηλεκτρονικά μηχανήματα έχουν γίνει πλέον αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι στη ζωή του ανθρώπου. Όλο και περισσότερη χρήση τους γίνεται σε όλους τους τομείς όσο περνούν τα χρόνια. Όπως ήταν φυσικό θα εισέβαλλαν και στη βιομηχανία των τροφίμων. Βέβαια δεν έχει αποδειχθεί μέχρι σήμερα αν όλες αυτές οι ηλεκτρομαγνητικές μέθοδοι έχουν κάποιες αρνητικές επιδράσεις στον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό. Τα επόμενα χρόνια θα είναι πολύ σημαντικά και αποκαλυπτικά. Κύριος σκοπός της πτυχιακής αυτής είναι ανάλυση της χρήσης των ηλεκτρονικών μηχανημάτων στην επεξεργασία και στον ποιοτικό έλεγχο των τροφίμων. Το βιβλίο βιβλίο αυτό περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα : Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια εισαγωγή για τα τρόφιμα, την ποιότητα και την ανάγκη για έλεγχο. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρουμε τις κατηγορίες των τροφίμων και τις θρεπτικές ύλες. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ανάλυση των μεθόδων επεξεργασίας με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο δίνουμε βαρύτητα στην ποιότητα και τον έλεγχο με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | Electronic instruments have become an integral piece in the life of person. We have their increasingly use in all sectors as long as pass the years. As it is natural they would break in the industry of foods. Of course it has not been proved up today if all these electromagnetic methods have certain negative effects in the human organism. The next years will be very important and revealing. Main aim of this work is the analysis of electronic instruments’ use in the treatment and in the food’s quality control. This book includes the following : In the first chapter we have an import about foods, quality and the need for control. In the second chapter we report food’s categories and the nutritious matters. In the third chapter we have the analysis of treatment’s method with electronic means. In the fourth chapter we give gravity in the quality and the control with electronic means. | en |
