| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία χωρίζεται σε τέσσερα μέρη. Το πρώτο μέρος αφορά τα γενικά, εισαγωγικά στοιχεία των Νομικών Προσώπων (ΝΠ). Το δεύτερο μέρος ονομάζεται Νομικά Πρόσωπα Ιδιωτικού Δικαίου που ορίζονται από τον Αστικό κώδικα (ΑΚ) και είναι μη κερδοσκοπικού χαρακτήρα. Εκεί γίνεται αναφορά στις γενικές διατάξεις που ισχύουν στα νομικά πρόσωπα, ενώ στην συνέχεια αναλύονται οι επιμέρους διατάξεις που ισχύουν για τα σωματεία, τις συνδικαλιστικές οργανώσεις, τα ιδρύματα και τις ερανικές επιτροπές. Το τρίτο μέρος με τίτλο Νομικά Πρόσωπα Ιδιωτικού Δικαίου (ΝΠΙΔ) όπως ορίζονται από το εμπορικό δίκαιο και έχουν κερδοσκοπικό χαρακτήρα. Επιχειρείται αναφορά στα εισαγωγικά στοιχεία αναφορικά με τις εμπορικές επιχειρήσεις και έπειτα, αναλύονται οι Ο.Ε, Ε.Ε, Α.Ε, Συνεταιριστικές επιχειρήσεις. Το τέταρτο και τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας αφιερώνεται στην συγκριτική επισκόπηση τόσο των κερδοσκοπικών όσο και των μη κερδοσκοπικών νομικών προσώπων ιδιωτικού δικαίου, καθώς και στην σημασία ύπαρξής τους. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This undergraduate dissertation is divided in four parts. The first part discusses general, introductory concepts concerning legal personalities. The second part , is entitled Legal Personalities Governed by Private Law as they are defined by the Civil Law and they are non-profit. There is a reference to the general current provisions and it is attempted a further analysis of the specific provisions applying to unions, trade unions, charities, foundations. The third part entitled, Legal Personalities Governed by the Private Law as they are defined by the Commercial Law and they are speculative. There is a brief introduction to corporations and a more thorough analysis of specific corporation types, such as GP , LP, SA and Cooperative Enterprises. The fourth and last part is devoted to the comparisons and conclusions concerning both speculative and non-profit legal personalities and the importance of their existence is pointed out ,as well. | en |
