| dc.description.abstract | Ο σημαντικός ρόλος που παίζουν τα ταξί στην μεταφορά τουριστών από το αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία προς τον νομό Χαλκιδικής συχνά παραβλέπετέ από τις αρμόδιες δημόσιες υπηρεσίες. Στην συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή θα παρουσιάσουμε το Halkidiki Transfer, μια online εφαρμογή για αναζήτηση ταξί με δυνατότητα προ κράτησης. Αρχικά παρουσιάζουμε και αναλύουμε τα εργαλεία που είναι διαθέσιμα για την δημιουργία μιας online εφαρμογής καθώς και ποια χρησιμοποιήθηκαν. Έπειτα θα αναλύσουμε την προσέγγιση που ακολουθήσαμε ως προς την υλοποίηση για τα σημαντικότερα μέρη της πλατφόρμας. Τέλος, αξιολογούμε την απόδοση της εφαρμογής σε επίπεδα ταχύτητας και χρηστικότητας δείχνοντας ότι η εφαρμογή επιτυγχάνει σημαντική βελτίωση τόσο στην μεταφορά τουριστών αλλά και στην αύξηση ζήτησης ταξί. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The important role that taxis play in bringing tourist from airport Makedonia to Chalkidiki is often overlooked from the competent public services. In this thesis, we present Halkidiki Transfer, an online web application for searching and booking taxi. First, we present and analyze the available tools that contribute building an online web application and which tools are used for this project. Secondly, we present the approach of the implementation for the most important parts of the platform. Last but not least we evaluate the performance of the application for the speed and the user experience indicating that the application achieves a significant improvement in both of tourists’ transportation and the increasing searching of the taxi. | en |
