| dc.description.abstract | Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας διπλωματικής έγινε προσπάθεια προσομοίωσης σεισμολογικών καταγραφών της εδαφικής μετατόπισης και ταχύτητας. Για την υλοποίηση των παραπάνω χρησιμοποιήθηκε πρόγραμμα το οποίο έχει γραφεί σε Fortran 77 και «τρέχει» σε πλατφόρμα Linux. Το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο κατασκευής του προγράμματος στηρίζεται στην ανάκλαση των κυμάτων στις διαχωριστικές επιφάνειες των στρωμάτων στο εσωτερικό της γης. Οι συνθετικές σεισμολογικές καταγραφές αφορούν τον σεισμό της 24ης Ιουλίου 2004 στη ΒΔ Κρήτη, ο οποίος καταγράφηκε από το δίκτυο του Τ.Ε.Ι. Κρήτης. Επίσης, χρησιμοποιήθηκε πρότυπο ταχυτήτων το οποίο προέκυψε από πειράματα σεισμικής ανάκλασης στη δυτική Κρήτη. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In the context of the present work synthetic earthquake recordings were simulated in order to evaluate the ECR program and reveal conclusions about the earth structure in the study area and the source mechanisms. The ECR program has been created in Fortran 77 in Linux system by Dr. Kennett B.L.N. and is based on reflection theory. The recordings of the T.E.I. Seismological Network for the 24th July 2004 in the area of NW Crete were used in order to understand the synthetics. The velocity model used for the simulation was extracted by reflection experiment data in NW Crete. | en |
