| dc.description.abstract | Η πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζει την ανάπτυξη ενός επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου που αφορμή στην παραγωγή και πώληση γάλακτος όνου. Το επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο δημιουργήθηκε με πραγματικές τιμές μέσα από ερευνά μας στην τοπική αγορά του νησιού Σύμη και οι τιμές που ακολουθούν αφορούν μόνο και αυτήν την αγορά. Στο επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο αυτό θα δούμε ποιες μπορεί να είναι οι απολαβές του υποψήφιου επενδυτή από την πρώτη χρονιά συγκομιδής και για τα επόμενα 5 χρονιά, λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν ότι το 80% του προϊόντος είναι προ πωλημένο για κάθε χρήση σε συγκεκριμένο αγοραστή σε προσυμφωνημένη τιμή βάση συμβολαίου. | el |
