dc.description.abstract	Η χρηματοδότηση μέσω real estate είναι ένα άκρως ενδιαφέρον και φλέγον ζήτημα εν μέσω οικονομικής κρίσης, αποτελεί πρόκληση για κάποιον να ασχοληθεί περαιτέρω. Σε μία Ελλάδα που η δημοσιονομική αστάθεια επικρατεί, η οικονομική ανταγωνιστικότητα πλήττεται και η αγορά ακινητοποιείται, η συμπεριφορά των επενδυτών ως προς την πώληση και ενοικίαση ακινήτων κρίνεται ζωτικής σημασίας. Η αγορά ακινήτων αποτελεί ένα από τους σημαντικότερους κλάδους της οικονομίας, όχι μόνο στην χώρα μας αλλά παγκοσμίως, καθώς και βασική συνιστώσα στην γενικότερη οικονομική ανάπτυξη.	el
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this Thesis, is to describe the funding of real estate property concerning sales or tenancy of duplex and triplex apartments, in the region of the north Aegean and specifically the islands of Samos, Chios and Lesbos. In order to achieve that purpose, it consists two parts, theory and research. Furthermore, the theoretical part backdates to the classical ages, passing through the medieval times, in order to end up reaching the present day. Moreover, the concept of real estate is explained, as well as the terminology and the funding. Also, the categories of real estate are analyzed, getting through the values and the parameters that affect the rates of property, ending up to the problems of the Greek real estate. Statistical notions and data, are presented for the sake of the study. Finally, the second part of this Thesis, describes, how through the control of random and independent, one or two digit numbers, also called, Pseudo Random Numbers, the advertisement selection is done, in order to publish them and acquire the needed data, which will help for the control charts to be compiled. In that way final conclusions can be produced.	en
