| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία απαρτίζεται από τέσσερα (4) κεφάλαια. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αφορά γενικά στοιχεία για το ελαιόλαδο. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η χημική σύσταση του ελαιολάδου. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζει την ποιότητα του ελαιολάδου. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναπτύσσονται οι βιολογικές ιδιότητες του ελαιολάδου καθώς και ο ρόλος του στην υγεία του ανθρώπου. Τέλος, παρατίθενται συμπεράσματα. | el |
