| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ερευνά το Σύνδρομο Επαγγελματικής Εξουθένωσης στους επαγγελματίες υγείας του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Ηρακλείου και το ενδεχόμενο η εμφάνισή του να επηρεάζει την ψυχική υγεία του ατόμου και τις διαπροσωπικές του σχέσεις. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 93 ιατροί, νοσηλευτές και κοινωνικοί λειτουργοί από διάφορα τμήματα του Νοσοκομείου από τον Οκτώβριο του 2003 μέχρι τον Απρίλιο 2004. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι η εμφάνιση του συνδρόμου εξαρτάται από τη θνησιμότητα που παρουσιάζει η κλινική, ενώ η ευρύτερη ψυχική υγεία του ατόμου δεν επηρεάζεται από την ύπαρξη του. Τέλος, τα άτομα που πάσχουν από το σύνδρομο τείνουν στις σχέσεις που δημιουργούν με το κοινωνικό τους περιβάλλον να καταλαμβάνουν συγκεκριμένες θέσεις στο Διαπροσωπικό Οκτάγωνο, όπως καταγράφεται στη θεωρία των διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων του Birthcnell. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the burnout syndrome among the healthcare providers of the General Hospital of Heraklion and its contribution to the persons mental health and interpersonal relations. The sample included 93 medical doctors, nurses, and social workers that work in various hospital departments. The data collection lasted from October 2003 to April 2004. Findings indicate that the accession of the syndrome in a person depends on the mortality rates of the clinic; in which he/she is employed, whereas the general mental health is not affected. Finally, employees with the syndrome tend to relate to others with the same negative ways and to exhibit certain negative styles, as demonstrated to the Interpersonal Octagon compared to employees who have not accessed the syndrome. | en |
