| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη ασχολήθηκε με το ζήτημα της επίδρασης της αειφορίας της επιχειρηματικότητας και ολοκληρώθηκε μέσα από τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Πιο αναλυτικά το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρθηκε στην έννοια της βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης αλλά και την επιχειρηματικότητα και ηθική. Στη συνέχεια, το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο έκανε λόγο για την εφαρμοσμένη προσέγγιση της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο έκανε εκτενή αναφορά στην επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα , το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό , ότι έχει να κάνει με τη χρηματοδότηση της επιχειρηματικότητας και την καινοτομία. Το τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο εστίασε σε μελέτες περίπτωσης όπως η ολλανδική βιομηχανία λουλουδιών, τη μελέτη περίπτωσης Xerox, Monsanto , τη πράσινη επιχείρηση σε σχέση με το περιβάλλον και τη περίπτωση ξενοδοχειακού ομίλου . | dc.description.abstract | This study is about the effects of sustainability entrepreneurship and completed through four chapters. More specifically, the first chapter is referred to the concept of sustainable development, entrepreneurship and ethics. The second chapter is about sustainable development and how this is approached. The third chapter makes extensive reference to business, human resources and whatever has to do with the financing of entrepreneurship and innovation. The fourth and last chapter is focused on case studies such as the Dutch flower industry, the Xerox, Monsanto case study, the green business in relation to the environment and the case of hotel group. The study ended with conclusions. | en |
