| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία μελετά το ζήτημα της πρόβλεψης της πτώχευσης των επιχειρήσεων. Η εργασία περιλαμβάνει τρία κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, αναλύονται τα σημαντικότερα υποδείγματα πρόβλεψης της πτώχευσης των επιχειρήσεων, τα οποία παρουσίασαν οι Beaver και Altman. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, μελετώνται τα υπόλοιπα υποδείγματα από το 1971 έως το 2010. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο, εφαρμόζεται πρακτικά το μοντέλο ανάλυσης logit σε δείγμα ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων, οι οποίες πτώχευσαν την περίοδο 2001-2012. Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας, τα οποία καταλήγουν ότι η κερδοφορία και η ρευστότητα των επιχειρήσεων τείνουν να μειώνονται όταν επέρχεται χρεοκοπία, ενώ η μόχλευση τείνει να αυξάνεται. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis studies the problem of firm’s bankruptcy prediction. It includes three chapters. In the first chapter, the most significant prediction models of business bankruptcy, which were presented by Beaver and Altman, are being analyzed. In the second chapter, other models from 1971 to 2010 are being studied. In the last chapter, the logit model analysis is being practiced in a sample of Greek firms, which went bankrupt during the period 2001-2012. Finally, the conclusions of the research are being presented and according to those it is inferred that the profitability and liquidity of businesses tend to fall when bankruptcy occurs, while leverage tends to increase. | en |
