dc.description.abstract	Στη παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζεται το παθητικό κτίριο ως μια λύση για τα ενεργειακά προβλήματα που παρουσιάζουν στο σύνολό τους τα κτίρια σε όλο το κόσμο και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην Ελλάδα. Στα εννιά πρώτα κεφάλαια της εργασίας εκτός από γενικά στοιχεία, όπως ιστορικά στοιχεία και οι τάσεις της αγοράς των παθητικών κτιρίων δίνονται και στοιχεία που αφορούν κάθε πτυχή του παθητικού κτιρίου, όπως για παράδειγμα το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο σε Ελλάδα και Ευρώπη, σύνθηκες διαβίωσης και σύγκριση με υφίσταμενη κατοικία, μηχανολογικά και δομικά υλικά και συστήματα, οικονομικές πτυχές και παραδείγματα σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό. Στα επόμενα κεφάλαια αναλύεται η ενεργειακή μελέτη που πραγματοποιήθηκε σε τριώροφη πολυκατοικία στη περιοχή του Ελληνικού με σκοπό τη ανακαίνιση και μετατροπή της σε παθητκό κτίριο. Επίσης αξιολογείται οικονομικά η προοπτική υλοποίησής της. Τέλος παραθέτονται τα συμπεράσματα της εργασίας και οι προοπτικές διάδοσης του παθητικού κτιρίου ως κτίριο του μέλλοντος.	el
dc.description.abstract	In this thesis it is presented the passive house as a solution for energy problems of buildings all over the world and specifically in Greece. In the first nine chapters of the work, apart from general data, such as historical data and trends of the market of passive buildings. Are given informations related to every aspect of the passive house, such as, legislative framework in Greece and Europe, living conditions and a comparison with existing houses, mechanical and structural materials and systems, economic aspects and examples in Greece and abroad. In the next chapters analyse the energy study that carried out in a three-storey apartment building in the area of Elliniko, for the purpose of renovation and transformation into a passive building. Also evaluated the economic perspective implementation. The final chapter presents the conclusions of the work and the prospects for the dissemination of the passive house as a building of the future.	en
