dc.description.abstract	H Ελλάδα κάποτε-όχι πολλές δεκαετίες πριν, διακρινόταν για τις πεντακάθαρες θάλασσες της. Από τότε, πολύ νερό- ή μάλλον... μόλυνση- έχει κυλήσει στο αυλάκι και τα προβλήματα που έχουν δημιουργηθεί έχουν καταστήσει τις παραλίες ελάχιστα, η και καθόλου κατάλληλες για κολύμβηση. Η παρούσα εργασία έχει στόχο να προσδιορίσει το επίπεδο μόλυνσης στα νερά κολύμβησης παραλιών του βόρειου οδικού άξονα Χανίων όπου και πραγματοποιήθηκαν τακτικές δειγματοληψίες θαλασσινού νερού και άμμου από3 σημεία της κάθε παραλίας. Οι αναλύσεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο Εργαστήριο Ελέγχου Ποιότητας Υδατικών& Εδαφικών Πόρων του Τμήματος Μηχανικών Φυσικών Πόρων και Περιβάλλοντος του ΤΕΙ Κρήτης στα Χανιά.	el
dc.description.abstract	Greece not a lot of decades before, was distinguishedfor her spotless seas. From then pollution became an important issue. The problems that have been createdrendered the beaches and coastal waters not suitable for swimming. The present work intends it determines the level of pollution in coastal waters to the Blue Flag beaches of northern road axis of Chania where were also realized regular samplings of marine water and sand fromthree points of each coast. The result of microbiological measurements that were found in water approached but they did not exceed the legislative limits while the results of microbiological measurements in the sand exceeded the limits in certain cases. Water and sand samples sere analyzed in the Laboratory of Water & Soil Resources Quality Control of Applied Sciences School - TEI of Crete in Chania.	en
