| dc.description.abstract | H παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται το ζήτημα των συγκρούσεων στον εργασιακό χώρο, των αιτιών τους, της αντιμετώπισης τους και της πρόληψης τους. Το πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας αφορά την βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση.Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας αναφέρεται η έννοια και τα είδη των συγκρούσεων στους οργανισμούς. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι παράγοντες συγκρούσεων στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο θα διερευνηθούν τα αίτια και οι τρόποι επίλυσης τους, ενώ το τέταρτο εστιάζει στα αποτελέσματα της σύγκρουσης και στους τρόπους πρόληψης και αντιμετώπισής της. Το δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας αφορά την έρευνα η οποία έγινε με τυχαία δειγματοληψία ανάμεσα σε κατοίκους του Ηρακλείου Κρήτης. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The present paper deals with the issue of conflicts in the work environment, its causes and they way they are dealt with and prevented. The first part of the paper deals with a literary review. In the first chapter of the present thesis the meaning and types of conflict in organizations are mentioned. In the second chapter the factors of conflicts in the work place are presented. In the third chapter the reasons and ways of solving them are researched, however the fourth chapter focuses on the results of conflict and the ways to prevent and deal with it. The second part of the research concerns the research which was conducted by random sampling amongst residents of Irakleion Crete. | en |
