| dc.description.abstract | Η μέθοδος της Συγκριτικής Αξιολόγησης αποσκοπεί στον εντοπισμό των τρωτών σημείων στη λειτουργία μιας επιχείρησης, είτε με τη σύγκριση στο εσωτερικό της περιβάλλον, είτε με τη σύγκριση με λειτουργίες ανάλογης επιχείρησης, είτε με το προσδιορισμό της θέσης της σε σχέση με την επιδιωκόμενη. Η διαδικασία αυτή μπορεί να αφορά μέρος των λειτουργιών μιας επιχείρησης ή και το σύνολο της παραγωγικής μονάδας. Η εν λόγω μέθοδος μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί από κάθε είδους επιχείρηση και έχει να προσφέρει μια σειρά πλεονεκτημάτων προκειμένου να βελτιωθεί η παραγωγικότητα. Υπάρχουν, όμως, και μειονεκτήματα που σχετίζονται, κυρίως, με την έλλειψη κατάρτισης και γνώσεων για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας. | el |

This process may cover part of the functions of a business or the entire plant. This method can be applied to any kind of business and has to offer a number of advantages to improve productivity. But there are, also, disadvantages which are mainly related to the lack of training and knowledge for successful completion. | en |
