| dc.description.abstract | Η σύγχρονη παγκόσμια κρίση έχει φέρει στο προσκήνιο διάφορες θεωρίες σχετικά με το πώς μπορούν οι επιχειρήσεις να επιβιώσουν σε τέτοιες συνθήκες και πολύ περισσότερο να μπορούν να καταστούν ανταγωνιστικές στο πλαίσιο της αγοράς. Ένας απ’ τους παράγοντες που συντελούν σ’ αυτό, είναι η σωστά δομημένη οργάνωση της εκάστοτε επιχείρησης, πράγμα το οποίο με τη σειρά του ενισχύει άλλες παραμέτρους. Μία τέτοια θεμελιακή παράμετρος για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία μιας επιχείρησης είναι το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό που την απαρτίζει. Οι ανθρώπινοι πόροι μιας επιχειρηματικής μονάδας πρέπει να είναι ικανοί να την καθιστούν παραγωγική, ευέλικτη και ανταγωνιστική έχοντας σαν σκοπό τη συνεχή εξέλιξη της. Στο κατά πόσον αυτό επιτυγχάνεται έρχεται να απαντήσει η εκπαίδευση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού. Η εκπαίδευση είναι ένα σημαντικό κομμάτι του σύγχρονου τρόπου Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, αφού αποτελεί εργαλείο σημαντικό και εμφανίζεται σε όλα τα επίπεδα μιας επιχείρησης και τα αποτελέσματα της επηρεάζουν σε μεγάλο βαθμό τις αυξήσεις, τις προαγωγές κ.α. Η συνεχής πολυπλοκότητα και εξέλιξη ανέδειξε διάφορους τρόπους εκπαίδευσης, που κατά καιρούς έχουν αξιοποιηθεί. Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία επικεντρώνεται στη διαδικασία εκπαίδευσης, στις μεθόδους που έχουν αναπτυχθεί από θεωρητικούς ερευνητές και πρακτικούς, τους στόχους που επιδιώκονται καθώς και στη σχέση της εκπαίδευσης με την παραγωγικότητα μιας επιχείρησης. Αφού αναλυθεί αρχικά το περιεχόμενο της διοίκησης των ανθρωπίνων πόρων στην συνέχεια θα γίνει αναλυτική παρουσίαση της εκπαίδευσης του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, καθώς είναι άρρηκτα συνδεδεμένες. Η τεκμηρίωση της πτυχιακής εργασίας θα στηριχθεί τόσο σε βιβλιογραφική έρευνα, όσο και σε έρευνα με την χρήση συνέντευξης. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The current global crisis has brought to light various theories about how businesses can survive in such circumstances and, more than that, become competitive within the market. One of the factors contributing to this is the well structured organization of the business which in turn strengthens other parameters. Such a fundamental parameter for the proper functioning of a business is the human potential that makes up a business. The human resources of a business unit must be able to replace productive, flexible and competitive, with the aim of constantly evolving. Whether this is achieved comes depends on the training of human resources. Education is an important part of the modern way of Business Administration since it is an important tool and occurs at all levels of a business and its results greatly influence increases, promotions and so on. The constant evolution and complexity highlighted various ways of training, which occasionally have been used. This thesis focuses on the training process, the methods developed by theoretical researchers and practical, the objectives and the relationship between training and productivity of a business. After initially analyzing the content of human resources management, I will then make a detailed presentation of the training of human resources, as they are inextricably linked. The thesis documentation will be based on both documentary research and research using an interview. | en |
