Στην παρούσα εργασία συλλέγονται δείγματα από τον ποταμό Κερίτη ανά μήνα από τον Οκτώβριο 2004 έως Απρίλιο 2005 και η ανάλυσή τους με τη μέθοδο 4-αμινοαντιπυρίνη έδειξε μια δυναμική φαινολικής ρύπανσης που διαμορφώνεται κατά τους μήνες Ιανουάριο έως Μάρτιο 2005 η οποία συμπίπτει με τη μέγιστη παραγωγικότητα των ελαιουργείων.
In this study water samples were collected from six sites of the river, most of them next to olive mills. The frequency of sampling was approximately once a month and the sampling period was from October 2004 to April 2005. Analysis of these samples for phenols showed a small increase of phenol concentration in samples collected from certain sites, mainly during the peak of olive harvest and, accordingly, olive oil production season.
