| dc.description.abstract | Η άνοια τύπου Alzheimer, είναι μια πρωτοπαθής εκφθλιστική νόσος, που εκδηλώνεται για πρώτη φορά συνήθως μετά το 65ο έτος της ηλικίας με μεγαλύτερη συχν'οτητα στο γυναικείο φύλο. Σκοπός της μελέτης αυτής είναι να κατανοήσουμε την έννοια αυτή, να δούμε από τι προέρχεται αλλά και πως μπορεί να αντιμετωπιστεί. Η νόσος χαρακτηρίζεταιαπό χρόνια προοδευτική εκφύλιση του εγκεφαλικού φλοιού και κατά συνέπεια χρόωια προοδευτική νοητική έκπτωση. Τα αίτια παραμένουν άγνωστα, όμως ενοχοποιούνται διάφοροι παράγοντες όπως η γενετική προδιάθεση, περιβαλλοντικές τοξίνες, ο τρόπος ζωής αλλά και το άγχος. Τα αρχικά κλίνικά σημεία της νόσου είναι η αλλαγή της πρόσφατης μνήμης και της συμπεριφοράς. Έπειτα εκδηλώνεται συναισθηματική αστάθειακαι μεταβολή της προσωπικότητας. Η διάγνωση της τίθεται μέσω των εργαστηριακών ευρημάτων, την ψυχιατρική εξέταση και τις συνεντεύξεις. Η μη φαρμακευτική αντιμετώπιση της νόσου με ατομικά ή ομαδικά προγράμματα άσκησης, ενδυνάμωσης της μνήμης, λογοθεραπείες, εργοθεραπείες κ.α. Δίνουν μια άλλη διάσταση στην αντιμετώπιση της νόσου. Σαν συμπέρασμα από όλα αυτά, διαπιστώνουμε οτι η νόσος Alzheimer, μπορεί αρχικά να αντιμετωπιστεί με αγάπη, υποστήριξη αλλά και με τηνθεραπεία που πρέπει να προσφέρουμε στους πάσχοντες, ώστε να τους εξασφαλίσουμε μια καλή ποοιότητα ζωής και να συνεχίσουν να νιώθουν δημιουργικά μέλη μιας οικογένειας, μιας κοινώτητας και οχι “ ένας άλλος άνθρωπος” ! | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The “Alzheimer” type incompetence is a primary degenarative disease diagnosed for the first time, commonly after the 65th year of the age, mostly in females. The aim of this paper- research is to acknowledge the causes and possible cures of the disease. Some common features of this disease is the chronic degenaration of the cerebral layer and the following chronic progressive mental incompetence. The causes are still unknown, however, evidence targets varioyw factors like genes, environment toxins, lifestyle and anxiety. Changes in short-term memory and attitude are the first clinical symtoms. Later emotional inability and change personality can be also observed. Methods l;ike laboratory data, phychological testing and screening are used to diagnose the disease. The non-medical treatment of the disease based on individual or team programmes aimed to reinforce and practice short-termmemory as well as logotherapies and occupational-therapies etc, give another dimension to the treatment of this disease. All things considered, it is concluded that the “Alzheimer” disease can be initially faced with affection and support as well as the appropriate treatment provided to the patients. This way they can high quality of like and be still considered active of a family or community and not being “the other human”. | en |
