| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως θέμα την παρενόχληση και τον εκφοβισμό στο χώρο εργασίας. Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιαίτερα σύγχρονο θέμα, δεδομένου ότι τα φαινόμενα παρενόχλησης και εκφοβισμού ολοένα και αυξάνονται παγκοσμίως, ενώ θύματα δεν είναι μόνο οι γυναίκες αλλά και οι άνδρες. Η εργασία περιλαμβάνει 3 επιμέρους κεφάλαια. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αφορά στην παρενόχληση, το δεύτερο στον εκφοβισμό, ενώ στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρατίθεται η έρευνα η οποία διεξήχθη για τις ανάγκες εκπόνησης της πτυχιακής εργασίας. Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι η μελέτη των φαινομένων της παρενόχλησης και του εκφοβισμού στον χώρο εργασίας. Στην έρευνα έλαβαν μέρος 100 άτομα (44 άνδρες και 56 γυναίκες) και ως ερευνητικό εργαλείο χρησιμοποιήθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο. Από τα αποτελέσματα φάνηκε ότι τόσο οι άνδρες όσο και οι γυναίκες δέχονται παρενόχληση ή εκφοβισμό στον χώρο εργασίας, με τις γυναίκες να εμφανίζουν μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό (39%). Επιπλέον οι άνδρες δέχονται περισσότερο σωματική παρενόχληση, ενώ οι γυναίκες συναισθηματική παρενόχληση. Στο σύγχρονο πολιτισμό, που προάγεται ο σεβασμός και η αξιοπρέπεια των πολιτών, κρίνεται απαραίτητη η βελτίωση της κουλτούρας στο χώρο εργασίας, ώστε να θεσπιστεί η σωματική και ψυχική προστασία όλων των εργαζομένων. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is the subject of harassment and intimidation in the workplace. This is a very interesting topic, since the harassment and intimidation are increasing worldwide, while victims are not only women but also men. The work comprises three sub-funds. The first chapter deals with harassment, bullying the second and the third chapter presents the research conducted for the thesis preparation needs.The purpose of research is to study the phenomena of harassment and bullying in the workplace. The survey involved 100 people (44 men and 56 women) and as a research tool used in the questionnaire. The results showed that both men and women are harassed or intimidated at work. Women have a higher percentage (39%). In addition, men receive more physical harassment, while women have emotional harassment. In modern civilization, which promotes the respect and dignity of citizens, it is necessary to improve the culture at the workplace in order to establish the physical and mental protection of all workers. | en |
