| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά τον νόμο 3869/2010 σχετικό με τα υπερχρεωμένα νοικοκυριά. Βασικό θέμα της εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση του προβλήματος της υπερχρέωσης των νοικοκυριών γενικότερα στην σύγχρονη κοινωνία της χώρας μας, αλλά και το πως φτάσαμε στο σημερινό επίπεδο μέσα από μια ιστορική αναδρομή που πραγματοποιείται. Επιπλέον, γίνεται μια αναφορά σε όλες τις αιτίες που οδήγησαν τα νοικοκυριά στη σημερινή τους κατάσταση υπερχρέωσης, αλλά και στους λόγους της ανάπτυξης του νόμου 3869/2010 που αφορά τα υπερχρεωμένα φυσικά πρόσωπα. Βασικός σκοπός της μελέτης, είναι να παρουσιασθούν όλες οι πτυχές του παραπάνω νόμου, αλλά και να εξαχθούν χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα για το πώς αυτός επηρεάζει την ελληνική κοινωνία. Επίσης, στόχος είναι να διερευνήσουμε το κατά πόσον κατάφερε ο νόμος να περιορίσει (ή όχι) το φαινόμενο της υπερχρέωσης, το οποίο αποτελεί ένα εξαιρετικό και ιδιαίτερα χρόνιο πρόβλημα. Τα βασικότερα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίσθηκαν στην εκπόνηση της παρούσας μελέτης εντοπίσθηκαν στην εύρεση της ορθής διαδικασίας που περιέχεται στο νόμο για τα υπερχρεωμένα νοικοκυριά αλλά και στα στοιχεία σχετικά με την διερεύνηση της κοινής γνώμης περί αυτού του νόμου. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The current thesis concerns the law 3869/2010 about the indebted households. The main topic of this work is to investigate the problem of indebtedness of households, in general, in Modern Greek society and how we arrived at the current level through a throwback performed. Furthermore, there is a reference to all the causes that led households in their current debt situation, and the reasons for the development of 3869/2010 law on indebted individuals. The main purpose of the study is to present all aspects of the Law 3869/2010 and to draw useful conclusions about how this affects the Greek society. Also, the aim is to investigate, whether the law did limit (or not) the phenomenon of over-indebtedness, which is a serious and chronic problem. The main problems that we encountered in the preparation of this study identified the finding of the process contained in the law on indebted households and the data on the investigation of public opinion on this law. | en |
