| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας αποτελεί η παρουσία ση του θεσμού της Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλισης, και πιο συγκεκριμένα γίνεται ανάλυση συμπεριφοράς των πελατών του κλάδου ασφάλισης των μηχανοκίνητων οχημάτων της Ελλάδας και κατά πόσο έχει επηρεαστεί ο κλάδος αυτός με την οικονομική ύφεση που αντιμετωπίζει η χώρα μας. Επιπλέον, διερευνάται η ασφάλιση των οχημάτων από διάφορες ασφαλιστικές εταιρίες, με την βοήθεια ερωτηματολογίου όπου εξάγονται πολλά συμπεράσματα, που σχετίζονται με την κατάσταση της χώρας μας, την συμπεριφορά των ασφαλιζομένων και προτείνονται κάποιες λύσεις αντιμετώπισης. | el |
