| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει κριτικά το μοντέλο all-inclusive, μια σύγχρονη τάση στην παγκόσμια τουριστική βιομηχανία, εστιάζοντας στα χαρακτηριστικά του μοντέλου, στα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα που παρουσιάζει για τα ξενοδοχεία, τις τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις και τις τοπικές κοινωνίες. Ως περιοχή μελέτης επιλέχθηκε το νησί της Ρόδου, ένας παραδοσιακός προορισμός μαζικού τουρισμού, στα ξενοδοχεία του οποίου έχει εφαρμοστεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό το all inclusive. Προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί ο σκοπός της πτυχιακής πραγματοποιήθηκε πρωτογενής ποιοτική έρευνα με τη μέθοδο της συνέντευξης σε βάθος σε πληροφορητές – key informants της Ρόδου (Ένωση Ξενοδόχων Ρόδου και Σωματείο Εστιατόρων Δωδεκανήσου), θεωρώντας ότι είναι οι καθύλην αρμόδιοι να διαφωτίσουν το υπό διερεύνηση θέμα. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας διαφωτίζουν ένα εξαιρετικά επίκαιρο και ενδιαφέρον, τα τελευταία χρόνια, θέμα. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to critically explore the all-inclusive model, a modern trend in the global tourism industry, focusing on the features of the model, its advantages and disadvantages for hotels, tourism companies and local communities. As a study area, the island of Rhodes, a traditional destination for mass tourism, has been selected. In order to achieve the aim of the dissertation, primary qualitative research was carried out with the method of in-depth interviews with key informants of Rhodes (Rhodes Hotel Association and Dodecanese Restaurant Association), considering that they are the appropriate organisations for enlightening the subject. The results of the survey illuminate an extremely interesting topic in recent years. | en |
