Abstract
Αντικείμενο διερεύνησης της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελεί η συμπεριφορά των επιχειρήσεων οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στην περιφέρεια της Κρήτης και έχουν ως κύριο αντικείμενο τους της παραγωγή, εμπορία και διάθεση των αγαθών του πρωτογενούς τομέα της οικονομίας, συνδυαστικά με τον δευτερογενή τομέα, του τομέα των τροφίμων και ποτών και η επίδραση που είχε η κρίση πάνω τους. Πιο συγκεκριµένα, η ανάλυση που πραγματοποιείται εξελίσσεται στα πλαίσια της δευτερογενούς έρευνας και καταλήγει στην διεξαγωγή συγκεκριμένων συμπερασμάτων.
Since the writing of this paper resulting inferences crucial, regarding the behavior of food and beverage business in Crete and the effect on the economy of the island during the economic crisis. More generally, and with respect to the entire Greek region through surveys, which were reviewed, it appears that the Greek food and beverage industry has a dominant position in the Greek manufacturing contributing the highest percentage in all the fundamentals, It is one of the locomotives of the Greek economy and presenting the highest flexibility while the lowest decline compared with the other branches of manufacturing in today's era, the era of global economic crisis. Crete is a small market, lack of basic infrastructure and a market moving strongly around tourism, food products, agricultural products, construction and trade. The primary sector is indeed playing an important role for the Region of Crete than the average for Greece, so according to the gross value added (GVA) and under employment. In some areas even as organic production or hydroponics are more advanced than the average in Greece.
