| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζει τις τραπεζικές συναλλαγές που μπορεί να έχει ένα καταναλωτής με τις τράπεζες καθώς και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι συναλλαγές αυτές μπορούν να προστατευθούν , παρακολουθεί το δίκαιο προστασίας του καταναλωτή, κατά τον 20ο αιώνα και μέχρι σήμερα στην Ευρώπη και στην Ελλάδα και το ισχύον νομοθετικό πλαίσιο γενικά και για τις τραπεζικές και ασφαλιστικές συμβάσεις ειδικότερα, αφού πρώτα παρουσιάσει το τραπεζικό σύστημα, τους όρους τραπεζικός καταναλωτής και προστασία τραπεζικών συναλλαγών καθώς και τις βασικότερες τραπεζικές συναλλαγές. Παρουσιάζει αποφάσεις Ελληνικών Δικαστηρίων, οι οποίες εξεδόθησαν κατόπιν ασκήσεως αγωγών κατά τραπεζών, για την κήρυξη χρησιμοποιούμενων Γ.Ο.Σ. ως καταχρηστικών. Εντοπίζει τα ιστορικά και οικονομικά αίτια της εισαγωγής της χρήσης των Γ.Ο.Σ. στις συναλλαγές, τις συνέπειες σε βάρος των καταναλωτών και την σημασία τους στην ομαλή λειτουργία της ελεύθερης αγοράς και στη ρύθμιση του ελεύθερου ανταγωνισμού. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the banking transactions that may have a consumer with banks as well as how these transactions can be protected, monitor the consumer protection law in the 20th century and today in Europe and in Greece and the existing legal framework in general and the banking and insurance contracts in particular, after presenting the banking system, conditions and consumer banking protection of bank transactions and the main banking. Presents decisions Greek Courts, which issued upon exercise claims against banks declaring used G.O.S. as abusive. Locates the historical and economic causes of the introduction of the use of G.O.S. to trade, the consequences to the detriment of consumers and their importance to the smooth functioning of the free market and regulation of free competition. | en |
