| dc.description.abstract | Στην εργασία παρουσιάζεται η επιχειρηματική ηθική των εταιρειών και κατά πόσο αυτή επηρεάζει τις πολιτικές και πρακτικές της κάθε επιχείρησης, απέναντι στους εργαζόμενους, τους μετόχους, τους πελάτες, την κοινωνία και το περιβάλλον. Τα όρια σε αυτή την περίπτωση, είναι πολύ περιορισμένα και τις περισσότερες φορές υπάρχουν αντίθετες απόψεις. Σαν μια μορφή επιχειρηματικής ηθικής θα μπορούσε να ερευνηθεί και η διαδικασία του Mystery Shopping της διαδικασίας δηλαδή έρευνας για την ποιότητα της εργασίας και της εξυπηρέτησης του προσωπικού προς τους πελάτες, ή ακόμη και η έρευνα για τα δομικά και λειτουργικά προβλήματα που παρουσιάζει μια εταιρεία και που η διοίκηση της θέλει να ανακαλύψει και να διορθώσει. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper presents the business ethics of companies and how this affects the policies and practices of each business, towards employees, shareholders, customers, society and the environment. The limits in this case are very limited and in most cases there are opposing views. As a form of business ethics, we could also investigate the process of Mystery Shopping, i.e. the process of research into the quality of work and customer service, or even research on the structural and operational problems of a company, where its administration wants to discover and correct. | en |
