| dc.description.abstract | Στην εν λόγω εργασία αναλύεται η έννοια της εξαρτημένης εργασίας στην Ελλάδα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα θα εξεταστεί το πως λειτουργεί στη χώρα μας και τι ισχύει κατά κύριο λόγω σήμερα και ποιες είναι οι υποχρεώσεις των εργοδοτών όσων αφορά τους μισθολογικούς-ασφαλιστικούς-εργατικούς νόμους. Η δομή της εργασίας έχει ως εξής: Στην εισαγωγή θα δούμε την βιβλιογραφική προσέγγιση των σχετικών εννοιών που θα αναλύσουμε στην πορεία και το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στις μισθολογικές υποχρεώσεις του εργοδότη. Στη συνέχεια, το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο θα περιέχει ένα άλλο βασικό κομμάτι, το ασφαλιστικό σύστημα και στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι εργατικές υποχρεώσεις του εργοδότη από τη νομική πλευρά. Τέλος, παραθέτονται τα συμπεράσματα με το τι ισχύει τελικά σύμφωνα με το θέμα της εργασίας αυτής. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In this work it is analyzed the concept of employment in Greece. More specifically will examine how it works in our country and what applies primarily due today and what are the obligations of those employers respect their salary-insurance-labor laws.The work is structured as follows: In the introduction, we will see the bibliographic approach of the concepts we will analyze the way and the first chapter refers to the wage obligations of the employer. Then, the second chapter contains another key piece, the insurance system and the third chapter presents the labor obligations of the employer from the legal side. Finally, the conclusions listed what eventually force in accordance with the theme of this work. | en |
