| dc.description.abstract | Το Pac choi ανοίκει στο είδος Brassica oleracea, όμως έχει μερικές ιδιαίτερες ιδιομορφίες που το διαφοροποιούν από τις άλλες ποικιλίες και τα υβρίδια. Αντίθετα πολλά φυσιολογικά και μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικα είναι τυπικά του είδους και το ίδιο συμβαίνει με τα παράσιτα που το επηρεάζουν. Σε αυτή την έρευνα ο σκοπός είναι να προσεγγίστούν οι καλλιεργητικές ανάγκες και τα προβλήματα που συνδέονται με την καλλιέργεια του Pac choi γενικά και ειδικότερα σε Μεσογειακές συνθήκες. Το κυριότερο μέρος της διαδικασιας είναι η καλλιέργεια του Pac choi στη περιοχη Ηρακλείου στα τελη χειμώνα, αρχές άνοιξης σε θερμοκήπιο και υπαίθρια. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πειραματικής διαδικασίας μετρήθηκε η ανάπτυξη των φυτών. Τα αποτελέσματα αξιολογήθηκαν από τη πλευρά της καταλληλότητας της καλλιέργειας του Pac choi στη περιοχή και τη περίοδο του χρόνου. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | Pac choi belongs to the Brassica oleracea species, yet it has some typical features that differentiate it from the other varieties and hybrids. However many physiological and morphological characteristics are common of the species, so are many of the parasites that affect it. In this survey the aim is to approach the cultural needs and issues that relate with the cultivation of Pac choi in general and in Mediterranean environmental conditions in specific. The main part of the study was the cultivation of Pac choi in the area of Heracleion in the late winder and early spring in greenhouse and outdoors. Throughout the experimental procedure the development of the plants was been monitored. The results were evaluated from the aspect of the suitability of the cultivation of Pac choi in the area and the specific period of the year. | en |
