| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ασχοληθήκαμε με το θέμα της πρακτορείας των επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων (factoring). Για την ολοκλήρωση της εργασίας, χρησιμοποιήθηκε η δευτερογενής έρευνα, η οποία περιλαμβάνει την βιβλιογραφία, την αρθρογραφία και την δικτυογραφία. Ουσιαστικά η εργασία μας χωρίζεται σε τέσσερα κεφάλαια, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στο factoring, στους σκοπούς, την λειτουργία του και τα είδη στα οποία χωρίζεται. Στη συνέχεια στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η έννοια της σύμβασης factoring κατά τον Ν. 1905/1990 και το πεδίο εφαρμογής του. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται τα δικαιώματα και οι υποχρεώσεις των συμβαλλόμενων μερών της σύμβασης factoring, δηλαδή του προμηθευτή, του πράκτορα και του οφειλέτη. Και τέλος στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται λόγος για την νομική φύση της σύμβασης factoring και παρατίθενται παραδείγματα από δικαστικές αποφάσεις του Αρείου Πάγου. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis we dealt with the issue of factoring business receivables (factoring). For work-up, the secondary investigation was used, comprising the literature, the literature and internet. Essentially our work is divided into four chapters, the first chapter refers to the factoring, the aims, the operation and the species separated. Then in the second chapter analyzes the concept of factoring contract in Law. 1905/1990 and its scope. In the third chapter to the rights and obligations of the parties to the factoring contract is the supplier, the factor and the debtor.And finally the fourth chapter talks about the legal nature of factoring agreement and gives examples of judicial decisions of the Supreme Court. | en |
