| dc.description.abstract | Ο κλάδος της ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης είναι ένας από τους σημαντικότερους κλάδους της Ελληνικής οικονομίας. Ο κλάδος της υγείας μαζί με τον κλάδο της σύνταξης είναι οι δύο τομείς της ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης - που δεν είναι υποχρεωτική - που γνώρισαν τη μεγαλύτερη ανάπτυξη στη χώρα μας. Η οικονομική κρίση μείωσε το διαθέσιμο εισόδημα των Ελλήνων και αυτό είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να μειωθούν σε σημαντικό βαθμό τόσο οι ασφαλιστικές εταιρίες που δραστηριοποιούνται στη χώρα όσο και οι παροχές των ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων αλλά και τα έσοδα από τα ασφάλιστρα. Η παρούσα διπλωματική παρουσιάζει τον κλάδο της ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης στην Ελλάδα με έμφαση στον τομέα της ασφάλειας υγείας. Παράλληλα εξετάζει την επίδραση της οικονομικής κρίσης στην ιδιωτική ασφάλιση στην Ελλάδα και παρουσιάζει το μέλλον της ασφαλιστικής βιομηχανίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The private insurance sector is one of the most important sectors of the Greek economy. The field of health along with the private pension insurance, are the two sectors of private insurance which are not mandatory and have experienced the highest growth in our country. The economic crisis has reduced the disposable income of Greeks and this has resulted in a great reduction in the number of the insurance companies operating in the country as well as the benefits of insurance policies and the income from premiums. This thesis presents the private insurance industry in Greece with emphasis on the health security. It also examines the impact of the economic crisis on private insurance in Greece and presents the future of the insurance industry in the country. | en |
