| dc.description.abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας και έρευνας πάνω στη διαχείριση ανθρώπινων πόρων στις σύγχρονες πολυεθνικές επιχειρήσεις έχει σκοπό να μελετήσει ένα πολύπλοκο και αρκετά εξειδικευμένο σύστημα διοίκησης το οποίο χρίζει ιδιαίτερης επιστημονικής έρευνας και μελέτης. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα κάνουμε μια ιστορική αναδρομή και θα αναφέρουμε μελέτες και συμπεράσματα άλλων ερευνητών που έχουν ασχοληθεί με το θέμα, και θα προσεγγίσουμε τη θεωρία της Δ.Α.Π στις σύγχρονες πολυεθνικές επιχειρήσεις. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στην εκπαίδευση και την αξιολόγηση του προσωπικού των πολυεθνικών επιχειρήσεων , το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναδεικνύει την Δυναμική ομάδα και την επικοινωνία των ομάδων, ενώ το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο τις Σύγχρονες Τάσεις, τη Διοίκηση Αλλαγών και την Δ.Α.Π. διεθνώς και το πέμπτο κεφάλαιο την υγεία και την ασφάλεια των εργαζομένων. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο θα παραθέσουμε την έρευνα την οποία διεξήγαμε σε πέντε μεγάλες επιχειρήσεις που βρίσκονται και στο Ηράκλειο: ΜΑΚΡΟ, ΙΚΕΑ, ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ S/Μ, ΧΑΛΚΙΑΔΑΚΗΣ S/Μ κ | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis and research on the management of human resources in modern multinational aims to study a complex and quite skilled management system which deserves separate scientific research and study. In the first chapter we take a historical overview will mention studies and findings of other researchers who have addressed the issue, and will approach the theory of D.A.P modern multinationals. The second chapter concerns the training and evaluation of staff of multinational companies, the third chapter highlights the group dynamics and communication groups, while the fourth chapter on Contemporary Trends, Management Changes and D.A.P. worldwide and the fifth chapter the health and safety of workers. In the sixth chapter we will describe the research that we conducted in five large companies located in Heraklion: MACRO, IKEA, Ariadne S / M, CHALKIADAKIS S / M and PRACTIKER, the results of our research and final conclusions. | en |
